Chicken and Soba Noodles | Parents

  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless, thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 package (8.8 ounces) soba noodles
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small sweet red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional
